I created SisterFit Wellness to give women a loving, supportive space to reconnect with their bodies, honor their health and move through life with balance and confidence. As a RN, Health Coach and movement educator, I’ve seen how mindful choices transform not just health, but how we show up for ourselves.My hope is that every woman who joins feels supported, seen and inspired to move, nourish and love herself.
